"The secret to living well and longer is: eat half, walk double, laugh triple and love without measure." - Tibetan Proverb
Make sure you go into deep intact nature as often as possible, for s longe as possible.
To quiet your mind, find your inner self, start to understand complexity of nature (better) and learn how everything simply circulates and flows perfectly if/when not interrupted.
Of all the paths you take in life, make sure at least one half of them are dirty, raw, untouched, never walked before. Literally and metaphorically. Because that's where our creative mind is giving birth to the most innovative ideas and learns to listen our inner voice, our gut feeling, our intuition or simply what is the right next step or next thing to do or to let go. It is in the silence that we hear our inner voice. It shouts but is too often ignored or overflowed by daily life routine.

Only nature and animals are around in the infinite silence, they often come courageously closer so we can look in each other's eyes for beautiful moments that feel forever; time stops through their natural innocence: deer, foxes, owls, squirrels, badgers, roes or rabbits).
