There is no bigger fulfillment and excitement than make it through a deadly storm full of sharks around your broken boat, together with your hard core and compassionate team. You can't become a great sailor in a calm sea with your life west on, sailing safely close to shores. Perfect weather is a lousy teacher. It is the storm, the blizzard and the unpredictability that makes you a strong person and an experienced sailor. And those who join you in a storm on a boat full of holes, they are your team. They are your pack to hold on to.
